Go to “My Account” and in the section “Basic Information” click on “edit” to change your password. You will have to know your current password in order to change it.
Click the “forgot password?” link on the login screen to reset your password.
To change your profile name, go to “My Account” and in the section “Basic Information” click “edit”. You can change your username there.
Go to “My Account” and in the “Subscription Information” section click on “edit” to update your credit card information.
There are two ways you can add more health conditions:
All My Health and Money web pages include a “search” function. It can be found at the top of the page.
However, we also include partner pages on the website, for example our mail order pharmacy partner. Those pages come from our partners’ servers and You cannot search My Health and Money from those pages.
Download instructions vary by computer, browser, and the preferences you have selected on your computer.
These are almost always in a PDF format. Just click the Download button and the PDF will be on your computer in PDF format.
Tip: Whenever you download a file, a dialog box should pop-up asking if you would like to RUN or SAVE the file. We recommend always selecting the SAVE option and then choosing your download location.
As a security precaution, some browsers disable automatic downloads. In most of these cases, a “security bar” may appear at the top of the browser window telling you a download has been blocked. To continue the download, click the security bar and select the option to allow the download.
